• If I want a shed built on a slab, is that a service you offer?

We do not do concrete work; but are more than happy to adjust our prices to reflect a concrete slab as the foundation of your shed build. When you have the slab installed, it is important that it matches the size of the shed you are wanting so when it rains, water is not getting under the bottom plate. It is also important that the slab be level and square.

• My desired shed is greater than 12' in one direction, how do I get a permit for my shed build?

We don't facilitate the permit acquisition, but you can contact your local zoning/permit office and they will walk you through the process. We are here to offer any plans or drawings that you may need. If you have an HOA you may have additional requirements for your shed and we would be happy to discuss any changes you need to make to our standard shed.

• How tall is the interior of my new shed going to be?

Our standard sidewall height is about 7' tall for our premium series sheds. If that is not tall enough, our sheds can be upgraded to an 8' tall sidewall for $3/SqFt

• Do you offer any Lattice or something like that for under the shed to keep out snakes/critters?

We do offer that option upon request.

1. Workmanship

   1. Site Built Sheds guarantees all sheds to be free from defects due to workmanship for a period of 5 years from date of build when used for normal residential purposes. Building must be maintained and not modified beyond its intended purpose. Warranty applies to original purchaser only. Workmanship warranty does not apply to any material/products used or produced by anyone other than Site Built Sheds. 

2. Leveling

   1. At time of install, best effort is made to ensure the structure is level and is supported by solid compacted ground. However, over time some amount of settling may take place due to the weight of the building and its contents. This warranty does not cover settling as it is often due to site conditions or soil quality. 

3. Products & Material

   1. All products and materials used may carry a warranty from the manufacturer. Site Built Sheds purposefully selects premium products and materials from reputable companies that often carry a warranty.
