Free Onsite Installation and Painting

Our main advantage over pre-built sheds. Since we hand carry all materials to the build site, you don't have to worry about fences, narrow gates, or trucks and equipment driving over your lawn. Premium series sheds come painted with Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint. Custom colors available.

Tuff Block Foundation

Tuff blocks help level the shed, and provide a rot free, stable long lasting foundation.

Superior Floor System

We only use 2x6 treated joists 16" on center and premium 3/4" subfloor. 12' wide sheds include 2x8 treated joists.

2x4 16" o.c. Wall Construction

We hand pick and cut all of our lumber to avoid bent, twisted, and bowed studs. 7' sidewall height comes standard.

Locking T-Handle

All of our sheds come with a black locking T-handle and 2 keys - no ugly padlocks here!

Door Spring Latches

Double door sheds come standard with two secure, high quality spring latches

Gable Vents, Drip-Edge, and Overhangs

With how hot and rainy North Carolina can get - we couldn't imagine charging extra for these needed features

Doorway Protector Plate

Without protection, the subfloor edge can get damaged from equipment and traffic. This ensures that problem is a thing of the past!

Radiant Barrier Roof Sheathing

Helps keep your shed cool in the summer heat!

Tall and Wide Doorways

We know that being able to fit large items in your shed is important! All sheds come with a 4' wide double door. Larger widths and taller heights available

LP Smartside Siding and White LP Smartside Trim

Premium painted (in any color!) LP Smartside siding panels and white trim come standard on all builds. Backed by LP's unmatched 50 year warranty against rot and decay.

Shed locations should be clear, debris free, easily accessible by foot, and relatively level.

* In North Carolina any shed over 12' in any dimension may require a building permit, whether built on site or delivered assembled. Depending on your jurisdiction, a zoning permit may be required for a shed of any size. These are the responsibility of the homeowner and can be obtained through your local city or county zoning and/or building inspections department. We are happy to assist if needed with drawings, dimensions etc.
