We will work with you to 3D model the exact design you'd like. From size to window placement to siding type, we'll help you step by step. We'll also inquire about intended use, and help facilitate design and construction features to best match your use case. 

We will work with you to acquire zoning approval and building permits, or we can acquire them for you. 

Once we obtain the approved building permit, excavation and concrete can be completed. We can assist with contractor recommendations if needed as well as drawings and requirements.  

Once the permits are approved, we start preparing for your build back at the shop. We precut lumber, obtain trusses and material, etc. Once the concrete has had a few days to cure, we can start construction on your new garage! Most sizes take us 3-5 days on site. Larger sizes with upgrades will take a bit longer. 

Once complete, we will do a walk through with you to make sure you're completely satisfied. We will then schedule the final inspection with your jurisdiction. Once passed, you are ready to move in!
